Written by Didier Lods and Florence Baile
In December 2025, the Ministry of Labor published an online “practical guide” providing details on companies’ obligations regarding employees’ right to disconnect.
It reiterates that the right to disconnect is a measure designed to regulate the use of professional digital tools in order to guarantee respect for employees’ rest periods, vacation time, and private and family life.
