Employment measures put in place to deal with Covid-19

Employment Law Department Note of 31 march 2020

To deal with the Covid-19 epidemic, the law of 23 March 2020 introduced a two-month “state of health emergency”.

 

This law follows on from the many measures taken in recent months.

 

Here is a summary of the various solutions put in place by the French government in relation to Covid-19.
