Myriam Howald is a French lawyer with expertise in commercial and employment law, and extensive experience in cross-border German-French matters.
Since 2022, she has advised executives and HR managers of French and German SMEs on personnel and legal issues in both national and cross-border contexts. In employment law, she supports clients throughout the entire employment relationship, from drafting employment contracts to managing terminations, and provides ongoing advice on day-to-day matters such as works council issues, holidays, illness, overtime, and other employment law topics
