A member of the Lyon Bar since 1991 ( specialising in corporate law ), Hervé Le Blanc joined Alister Avocats in 2018.
He advises and assists companies, groups and managers in the various areas of company law, mergers and acquisitions and banking law.
After a master’s degree in business law from the University of Lyon III and a master’s degree in the history of the law of institutions and social facts, Hervé Le Blanc worked for 17 years as a corporate consultant and attorney at EY Law’s M&A department, before spending 14 years as partner and co-manager of the economic affairs department at Adamas International.
Hervé Le Blanc has also contributed to numerous publications.
