Member of the Lyon Bar since 2001, Emmanuel Aubin joined Alister Avocats in 2018.
With some twenty years’ experience in wealth and corporate taxation in companies and in an international audit and consultancy firm, he leads the firm’s Tax Law department.
He advises on all issues relating to the operational taxation of groups of companies and their directors, and assists senior management with the tax implications of strategic decisions.
He has developed recognised expertise in tax audits and litigation before both administrative and judicial courts.
For the past 15 years, he has taught restructuring tax in initial and continuing training courses.
