For the past 13 years, Elodie has been advising companies of all sizes, both French and foreign, at all stages of their development, from incorporation, fundraising and financing (debt, equity, complex securities issues, etc.) to mergers and acquisitions and disposals. She is also regularly involved in drafting and negotiating the commercial contracts necessary for her clients’ business.
Before joining Alister in 2018, Elodie acquired solid experience in international law firms in France and the United States, which enables her to support foreign companies, particularly in the context of their development in France.

Career
After practising business law at Lebow & Sokolow LLP in New York (2008), then at Gide Loyrette Nouel (2009), Elodie began her career at Koan Law Firm in Paris in 2010.
She then joined Adaltys (Adamas Affaires Internationales) and Bird&Bird in Lyon, where she built up her experience of cross-border transactions, mainly advising foreign buyers in France.
