Anaïs joined Alister’s tax department in Nice in 2012.

 

Partner since 2021, she dedicates her practice to tax law by assisting and representing individuals and companies in French and international tax matters:

  • Assistance with tax audits and litigation
  • Tax support for non-residents and companies not established in France
  • Tax and wealth strategy consulting
  • Company transfers
  • Tax returns

 

Anaïs is frequently called upon to advise on VAT and the taxation of property ownership in France, and has built up extensive experience in these areas. She has also had the opportunity to work on numerous assessment disputes and disputes relating to the subsidiary health contribution.
