Valérie Valeux has been admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2003 and has worked at ALISTER since 1993.
With around ten years’ experience in corporate and business law, she has now been heading up the firm’s property and construction department, which comprises 3 attorneys and a legal advisor, for some twenty years.
She advises, assists and represents companies of all sizes in the fields of construction law, property law and commercial law, and assists companies in the negotiation, development and execution of their projects. She also advises and assists trustees and/or co-owners in both advisory and litigation matters.
She has also developed specific, cross-disciplinary expertise in the areas of private sale and purchase agreements, private works contracts, crisis management during the construction phase, and the rental management of shopping centres.
