With a DUT in Legal Careers and a Licence Professionnelle, Pauline joined the firm in October 2023, as part of Benoît Le Brigant’s Corporate – M&A teams.
A cheerful and attentive listener, Pauline is in charge of the legal secretariat (drafting of annual accounts approvals and day-to-day operations), carries out the related formalities and ensures the proper handling of files by liaising between the firm and the various administrations and jurisdictions.
