Meriadeg joined Alister Nice in 2014 in the Commercial and Companies department.
A partner since 2020, he assists businesses and managers in all areas of commercial and company law, including:
- Business start-ups, monitoring and transfers ;
- Engineering (mergers, demergers, partial contributions of assets, etc.) ;
- Conflicts between shareholders ;
- Commercial leases (negotiation, rents, litigation, etc.).
Meriadeg is regularly called upon by healthcare professionals, and has developed a comprehensive practice to meet their advisory needs (SEL, SPFPL, professional and administrative regulations).
