With a Master’s degree in Judicial Private Law and a university diploma in Comparative Law with a major in English law, Marine has been working primarily with Bernard Pommier since May 2018, after two years’ prior experience in a court and two years in an attorney’s office.
A legal assistant and formalist in the field of company law, she draws up legal drafts for day-to-day transactions and approval of annual accounts, ensures that legal files are complete and liaises with the various company formalities centres and clients.
