Jochen Bauerreis has been a member of the German (since 2001) and French (since 2005) bars and is a managing partner of ALISTER. He advises French and foreign companies and international groups in all areas of international, European and Franco-German business law.

 

He specialises in commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), negotiating and drafting international contracts (in French, English and German), assisting companies setting up in France and/or Germany, and in cross-border litigation before national courts and in arbitration proceedings, in which he acts as both counsel and arbitrator.

 

Jochen Bauerreis has specialised in international law, European Union law and arbitration law.

 

He is also a senior lecturer (HDR) at the University of Strasbourg and an honorary professor at the University of Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany).

 

Jochen Bauerreis is the author of numerous publications in German, French and English in the field of international business law and arbitration law.
