Jean-Pierre Coron was admitted to the Lyon Bar in 1992 and is a managing partner of Alister, of which he is one of the founders.
He provides business law advice on all issues relating to groups of companies, assisting general management with their strategic orientations and family shareholdings with their transfer issues.
As part of external growth operations, he is responsible for leading and managing teams of specialist attorneys to bring cross-functional assignments to a successful conclusion.
