Admitted to the Bar in 1987, Didier Lods joined Alister Avocats in 2015.
Didier Lods has extensive experience in advising and handling litigation before the Labour Court, the Administrative Court, the Criminal Labour Court, the Labour Division of the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal. He assists his clients (company directors, human resources managers, senior executives and employees) in making decisions, drafting and managing litigation.
Didier Lods participates in negotiations in order to resolve disputes out of court; he represents his clients before the “URSSAF”, the Labour Inspectorate and the Public Prosecutor.
He offers his responsiveness to the day-to-day difficulties faced by companies in employment law.
