Claire Saintot joined Alister Avocats in September 2025 as an associate lawyer. After practicing in law firms specializing in tax law, she joined D’ONORIO DI MEO – Juridique & Fiscal in 2024 as an associate lawyer alongside Eve d’Onorio di Méo.
She has developed significant experience in tax audits and litigation and assists the firm’s clients in defending their tax interests. She also provides advice, mainly on personal and wealth taxation for executives and individuals, as well as on international taxation. More specifically, she works on cases involving:
- Tax and wealth strategy advice for individuals and executives
- Assistance with tax audits and litigation
- Tax support for non-residents and companies not established in France
- Tax returns (IR/IFI)
Expertise
Claire SAINTOT holds a Master II degree in Personal and Wealth Taxation and a Master II degree in Civil Procedure and Enforcement Procedures from Aix-Marseille University. She was sworn in as a lawyer in January 2022 and practices at the Marseille Bar.
She joined the ALISTER AVOCATS team in September 2025 as an associate lawyer in the Marseille office.
