Training and experience in employment law for more than 10 years
Cécile Damez-Mertens holds a Master’s degree in «Social Law and Labour Relations» from Lyon III Jean Moulin University, and has been practicing as a lawyer at Alister since 2016, after having been an intern there for several years.
She advises and litigates in all areas of employment and social security law.
She assists companies in their day-to-day operations, as well as with one-off issues.
