Admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2014, Caroline Moulin has been working at Alister since 2001.
After working in corporate and business law for ten years, she joined the firm’s real estate and construction department in 2011.
She advises, assists and represents companies and individuals in the fields of construction law, real estate law and commercial law and assists companies in the negotiation, drafting and execution of their contracts.
In this context, she participates in the realization of data rooms and legal audits during merger-acquisition operations.
She has also developed particular expertise in commercial leases and construction leases both in the development and execution of these contracts and in the event of litigation.
