Eve d’Onorio di Méo joined Alister Avocats as a partner in September 2025.

A specialist in tax law and an expert in corporate law, she assists and advises companies, executives, and individuals in determining feasible legal and tax options and opportunities and in assessing tax risk.

Her advisory, assistance, and litigation work in tax law, both personal and corporate, is complemented by significant experience in corporate law and international taxation. She therefore works on cases involving:

• Tax and wealth strategy advice for individuals and executives
• Corporate and wealth restructuring
• Business transfers and the legal life of companies
• Structuring real estate investments
• Assistance with tax audits and litigation
• Tax support for non-residents and companies not established in France
• Tax returns (IR/IFI)

She has developed significant experience in international tax matters, particularly in cases involving the regularization of foreign bank accounts and tax impatriation and expatriation. She assists non-residents in all stages of the process of acquiring or selling real estate in France and with their tax returns.

Her passion for taxation does not stop at the office door. Eve d’ONORIO di MEO is actively involved in training activities at the Faculty of Law of Aix en Provence and the Marseille Business School (KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL). She has also created two platforms facilitating access to the law, known as “Mafiscalité.com” and “Etaxfrance.com.” In March 2016, she received a legal innovation award for this work.
