Justine worked for 13 years as a court-appointed administrator before joining Alister as a lawyer.

 

Drawing on this solid experience and her in-depth knowledge of the workings of the commercial courts and the various parties involved, she assists managers, investors, buyers and creditors at every stage of the process, whether out of court or in court.

 

Justine has also developed special skills in assisting social economy structures (associations, federations, foundations, etc.) and cooperative and participative companies (SCOP).

 

She assists them with all their projects, from creation to restructuring and changes of scale (incorporation, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, etc.).
