Delta Service Location, a French specialist in temporary energy solutions and temporary pumping, welcomes three evergreen investors, Société Générale Capital Partenaires, GENEO Capital Entrepreneur and Alliance Entreprendre, to support its new growth phase.
Founded in 1980 by Michel Denis, Delta Service Location (DSL) is a pioneer in the rental of pumping equipment and generators for the construction, energy and industrial maintenance sectors. The group has also developed expertise in services aimed at lowering and managing groundwater levels, becoming a leading French actor in this specific sector.
Headquartered in Corbas, near Lyon, DSL serves clients nationwide through a network of 8 branches and over 160 employees, ensuring comprehensive geographical coverage and swift response capabilities across the country.
Following a period of significant growth exceeding initial projections, Xavier Denis chose to implement a long-term strategic plan that includes a new investment horizon. As part of this plan, DSL welcomes three new investors (Société Générale Capital Partenaires, GENEO Capital Entrepreneur, and Alliance Entreprendre) into its capital and completes the merger with companies in the Rabatech group (ERF, Neptune, and Action Ecologie – with consolidated sales of €13m). These strategic acquisitions will enhance the Group’s position in the groundwater lowering and temporary pumping markets, while strengthening its expertise in drilling, point lowering filtration, and water treatment.
This capital restructuring also allows Xavier Denis and the management team to become the majority shareholders, while providing all employees with the opportunity to participate in the company’s ownership through the creation of an employee shareholding fund (FCPE), which will be finalized in the coming months.
