Procedural note of March 27th, 2020
To deal with the Covid-19 epidemic, the Law of 23 March 2020 introduced a two-month “state of health emergency”.
This law follows on from the many measures taken in recent months.
Below is a summary of the various solutions put in place by the French government in the context of Covid-19, it being specified that these measures relating to non-criminal proceedings concern the period between 12 March 2020 and the expiry of a period of one month from the date of cessation of the state of health emergency (hereinafter the “Protected Period“).
