Member of the Nice Bar, Sarah Valla joined Alister in Nice in September 2016 in the Commercial and Corporate Department.
She assists businesses and managers in all areas of commercial and company law, including:
- Setting up, monitoring and selling companies
- Engineering (mergers, demergers, partial contributions of assets, etc.)

- Commercial leases (negotiation, rents, litigation, etc.)
